Rules
- Keep things appropriate for all highschoolers while on the server. Assume at all times that a freshmen could be listening to you talk on voice chat, reading your message, or looking at your build. The server itself is meant for all MST students, even if they have say, strict parents who vet their internet use. This means only minor and indirect swearing. Obviously no NSFW content anywhere. Generally, keep things PG-13. If you want to swear more or make stupid jokes, please do it in the Discord, which should be a little more lax.
- Do not intentionally lag the server. If you build a lag machine it will be destroyed and you will likely be banned. If you build an especially large farm or use chunk loaders, contact me first so that I can approve it and ensure it won't create lag for everyone else.
- Combat is limited to players with Red or Dark Red names on the server. People with any other color name may not start combat or be targeted for combat. to change the color of your name, use the command "/trigger color".
- Griefing works on a trust system. Only grief people who you know are okay with being griefed. If you grief someone and they report you, you will be punished based on the severity of the grief and it will be rolled back. (griefing is the intentional destruction or disruption of someone else's stuff that causes somebody grief. For example, destroying a base or killing a pet might be considered griefing.)
- Combat logging by combatant players (ones whose names are Red or Dark Red) is disallowed. Combat logging is defined as unfairly preventing yourself from being fought during combat. This includes leaving the game during combat or changing the color of your name during combat.
- No spamming or flooding chat.
- No impersonation.
- You must listen to moderators and admins.
- Only english in chat (to insure moderators can read it).
- No drama, keep issues private to affected parties and moderators.
- No advertising.
- No harassment.
- No hacking or exploits.
- Generally be respectful, you may be banned for something not here, and this list may be changed. The more issues we have the more rules and regulations there will be.
